To support our Buying team, we are searching for an Assistant Buyer (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
What You Will Do
- Analyze weekly trading reports and proactively identify strong/slow sellers to the Buyer, creating and initiating trading actions.
- Support buying order sheet entry, check data accuracy, and provide precise data on purchase orders, including sizes and allocations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating travel and the buying season schedule.
- Support vendor communications, ensuring proper receipt flow and tracking deliveries.
- Utilize management information systems to manage product inventories effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments, attending internal meetings to ensure proper flow of information regarding deliveries, exclusives, product launches, and other relevant topics.
Who You Are
- Hold an academic degree, ideally in Business Administration, Fashion, or a relevant field.
- Have previous experience as an Assistant Buyer or Buying Assistant.
- Have enthusiasm for international luxury fashion.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under time pressure.
- Be confident in organizing extensive travel schedules for buying appointments throughout the season.
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
