Jobbeschreibung

The Country Manager for Germany holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our top markets across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the EMEA General Manager, this role is crucial for further developing our successful business relations in the German and other DACH markets.

If you have a passion for business management, sales strategy, and are interested in health, fitness, and technology, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Extensive knowledge and solid relationships with key players in the German consumer electronics market;
  • Experience in managing sales strategy and country P&L;
  • Proven success in leading sales teams to achieve positive sales results;
  • Understanding of marketing and branding campaign logic, especially in consumer electronics, running, and outdoor product segments;
  • Ability to formulate local sales and business development plans and implement action plans to achieve sales targets;
  • Build trustful, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retailers to understand business needs and identify potential opportunities;
  • Skilled in developing go-to-market strategies (pricing, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy);
  • Collaborate with HQ to optimize products and provide feedback from market research, client suggestions, and industry reports.

Please note : This is a remote role; periodic/quarterly business trips to our HQ in Warsaw may be required.

Ideal Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field;
  • Proven 10+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics with strong relationships with key clients;
  • Track record of achieving consecutive sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share);
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment under pressure;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented;
  • Flexible and adaptable to change;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
