Your Responsibilities

Our Solution Development Core Models team creates and develops solutions within our Jedox Software to support various business processes. We call these solutions “Models” and market them in the Jedox Marketplace for our customers and partners to find. We are looking for someone to both manage the team and build the vision to help them create the models our customer will need and love.

Your Responsibilities

Our Solution Development Core Models team creates and develops solutions within our Jedox Software to support various business processes. We call these solutions “Models” and market them in the Jedox Marketplace for our customers and partners to find. We are looking for someone to both manage the team and build the vision to help them create the models our customer will need and love.

As team lead, be responsible to support and grow the team:

• Be responsible for recruitment
• Manage team and performance (set and monitor goals, conduct performance reviews, and enable the team members to grow their skills.)
• As cost center responsible, you will be part of the budgeting and monitor the costs.

As an engineering lead, you will work closely with the product owner on the product roadmap and on the refinement of the product backlog:

• Recognize current market demand and future trends
• Analyze competitor offerings

As a member of the development team, you will take over development tasks according to capacity and skills:

• Design and implement Enterprise Performance Management solutions with Jedox.
• Technical design of the application
• Implementation of reports, databases, business logic
• Implementation of data interfaces
• Make existing solutions evolve to keep customers satisfied
• Configure solutions
• Collaborate with shared services departments such as product management, marketing, documentation, quality assurance, academy, and consulting.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree program, or relevant experience
• Leadership experience
• Multiple years of experience, either as a consultant in design and implementation of custom performance management applications or as a developer in design and implementation of standard performance management applications
• Team-player
• Experience or a strong interest in agile practices
• Good understanding of state-of-the-art software development
• Very good communication skills in English, German is advantageous
