Job Responsibilities :

1. Handle daily customer inquiries and complaints from European offline stores and end users, providing pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support.

2. Follow up promptly on after-sales issues such as repairs, returns, and exchanges; handle customer complaints and disputes flexibly and effectively to ensure satisfaction for both stores and end users.

3. Develop a solid understanding of our products to deliver accurate information and assist customers in resolving usage-related issues.

4. Identify and summarize recurring product issues based on customer feedback; collaborate closely with operations, product, and quality teams to help drive product improvements and optimize the customer experience.

5. Support ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the team leader or management.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or above; German nationality; native proficiency in German; good written and spoken English, capable of working in English.

2. Experience in handling customer complaints related to European retail store orders is preferred.

3. Demonstrated customer-first mindset and strong sense of brand service.

4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with good collaboration skills.

5. Clear logical thinking, fast learner, and able to work well under pressure.
