About the Job: GTM Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Based at our Main Showroom in Offenbach Frankfurt, this role oversees a team of 3 Specialists, leading and driving the strategic Go To Market (GTM) operations for our Wholesale Team across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in leading the team, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the success of our GTM strategy.
Team Management:
- Lead, develop, and mentor 3 Specialists, ensuring clear direction, goals, and development opportunities.
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and regular performance check-ins to support development.
- Foster a high-performance culture encouraging accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
GTM Strategy and Operations:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end GTM strategy supporting all Sell-In & Sell-Out initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all key deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between GTM Sales Operations and other teams, fostering strong working relationships.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure successful outcomes supporting business goals, including internal & external events.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve GTM processes across the organization, driving efficiency and scalability.
Showroom and Sample Management:
- Lead showroom operations, ensuring optimal setup, layout, asset management, and maintenance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in showroom and sample management practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
Season Launches Enablement & Management:
- Develop & implement a 360-degree approach for campaign launches across all tools & content.
- Ensure the sales team & wholesale customers are equipped with the necessary tools, content, information, and marketing collateral to successfully launch the season both digitally and in-store.
- Optimize digital tools for sharing content & information.
- Oversee marketplace operations, ensuring accurate product catalog management and optimization of marketplace PDPs.
About You

- Agility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot strategies and operations quickly in response to business needs & demands.
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end GTM strategies, including Sell-In & Sell-Out initiatives.
- Experience managing showroom operations, including setup, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proven leadership and team development skills with strong coaching and mentorship abilities.
- Strong background in project management and executing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Background in sales operations, marketing, or eCommerce.
