Qualifikationen

You’re passionate about events and get a thrill out of exceeding clients’ expectations. Details are important and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A hardcore multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. You are at the interface between production and commercial. You make sure that local production teams deliver with excellence and exceed client expectations.But you’re also a people-person, a versatile team player who is capable of making your colleagues LOL.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

  • Supervising the production teams and ensuring best-in-class execution together with the Country Operations
  • Train all teams assigned to an event and ensure adherence to the client’s operational standards, tools, and processes
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams, including the resolution of client issues
  • Monitor all financials of your assigned account
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Identify and co-create the processes and templates required for optimal account management

This role can be based in or around Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich . Remote work is supported, with occasional travel as needed.

Must haves

We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • 10+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector (logistic events, congress, internal events)
  • Experience in both an operational (project management) role and managing teams of up to 10 people
  • Extremely structured and process orientated
  • Budget creation, management, and consolidation experience
  • Eligibility to work in the country where the job is posted
  • Able to delegate and multi-task
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and German

Nice to haves

  • Agency experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of digital event platforms
  • Great listening skills and able to digest information and present it in a succinct manner
  • Knowledge on Cvent
