Your Tasks

• You will be responsible for the administration and operation of high-availability network architectures based on Cisco (LAN/WAN infrastructures) and security solutions (firewall, NAC, 802.1x etc.)
• You are responsible for analyzing and resolving system malfunctions in the context of production operations in the area of 2nd and 3rd level support
• By analyzing log information, you contribute to improving IT security and increasing performance
• You are a technical contact for internal customers
• You create and maintain technical documentation and support our information security management system

• Completed studies (STEM subjects) or equivalent training in the IT environment and several years of relevant professional experience
• You already have several years of professional experience in the administration and operation of Cisco components
• You have extensive knowledge of routing and switching
• You preferably have a Cisco certification
• You are experienced and confident in using the following Cisco components (desirable) Nexus, Catalyst, ASA, Firepower, ISE, ASR, Prime
• You are characterized by a committed, independent and reliable way of working
• You have strong communication skills, are quick on the uptake and highly flexible
• You think and act in a customer-oriented manner and enjoy working in a team
