Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise in der Wellpappenverpackung.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil.

Your mission:

• Consult and support our customers in identifying opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership and introduce sustainable solutions
• Preparing, setting up and leading customer and technical workshops
• Collaborate with our Key Account Managers to identify opportunities and support the sales process with your specialist knowledge
• Lead new product development and innovation projects with customers and CrS product development departments and sales network
• Set-up strategy on how to develop and further improve our product portfolio
• Identify trends and innovation potentials of packaging solutions for our customers
• Develop technical training material and perform trainings to CrS target employees (sales, product development, technical, management)

Your profile:

• Relevant experience in product development in packaging (ideally in corrugated packaging)
• Completed education or studies, preferably focusing on packaging technology
• Understanding of logistics and fulfilment processes
• Understanding specifics of corrugated packaging
• Very good Microsoft Office knowledge, CAD software knowledge will be welcome
• Excellent communication skills, pragmatic and innovative thinking, structured approach
• Willingness to travel more than 50%
• Fluent in English; German or additional languages will be an advantage
