Job Description: (Senior) Communications Manager

As a (Senior) Communications Manager, you will primarily support the German/Austrian PR strategy and initiatives. You will play a key role in our growth strategy within the communications team, shaping corporate and product communication in collaboration with the VP of Communications & Public Affairs at Scalable Capital.

1. Develop and write key messages, press releases, studies, or statements.
2. Coordinate and brief interviews with the management team and represent the firm externally and internally.
3. Handle press relations and media inquiries to support campaigns.
4. Monitor broker and wealth comparisons and report on impact.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial sector with deep financial knowledge; able to explain complex issues and dive deep into financial topics.
• Profound public relations experience at the national and international level, ideally from a communications agency, in-house PR department, or editorial department.
• Passionate about writing, with extensive experience in PR copywriting and editorial writing in German and English.
• Experience working with journalists and influencers.
• Understanding of the media landscape in various countries; contacts to media or influencers are a plus.
• Fluent and proven writing and speaking skills in German and English.
