Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Support and relieve operations, sales, and customer service through administrative activities.
  • Support onboarding/off-boarding, IT support, and organization of professional events.
  • Manage user support and responsibility for SAP Concur, including travel expense approval and inquiries.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, written, or in person, and process procurement via SAP ARIBA.
  • Maintain time tracking, generate time statistics, and verify time data for accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Salesforce knowledge advantageous.
