A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts committed to quality and affordable care worldwide. This position is based in Germany as a remote role, with opportunities to work across Germany and Western Europe. Travel will be 80-100%, providing valuable experience in diverse markets and building an international network.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams
• Providing technical support on CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during presentations and product launches
• Reporting account, market, and competitive trends and metrics
• Gathering and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Completing administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in a hospital OR environment, is highly valued.
