We are currently expanding our Sales Team and could use your expertise. If you’re looking for the next challenge as Account Manager, you might have just found it. We need a sharp, relationship-driven Account Manager to help our customers thrive and keep them coming back for more LimeTime.
Here’s your mission:
You’ll cultivate fantastic long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring they're not just satisfied but true LimeSurvey enthusiasts. Spotting opportunities and acting on them (upselling and cross-selling) comes naturally to you.
Your daily Lime adventures:
- Deepen and enrich relationships with existing LimeSurvey clients.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, making sure clients get maximum value.
- Stay closely connected with customers, understanding their goals and anticipating their needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Conduct regular account reviews to proactively tackle risks and unlock new opportunities.
- Represent LimeSurvey in client meetings and industry events.
- Take ownership of your accounts: forecasting, monitoring health, and proactively addressing issues.
This role might be your perfect Lime match if:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within SaaS or tech.
- Building meaningful relationships that lead to growth is your passion.
- You speak fluent English and/or German (extra languages are always welcome).
- You're proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot) and collaboration tools (Jira).
- Your communication is outstanding; you connect effortlessly across all organizational levels.
- You’re driven by building lasting partnerships and genuine customer success.
