How you can contribute:

Event Management (60%)

1. Planning, organising, and executing external and internal events for the HydroMet business unit, including trade shows, customer workshops and team events.
2. Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
3. Coordinating logistics, materials, and marketing collateral for events.
4. Acting as the main point of contact for sales team, vendors, venues, and other stakeholders in regards to events.
5. Post-event reporting, including lead follow-up and performance evaluation.

Lead Management & Marketing Support (40%)

1. Managing and qualifying leads generated through events, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
2. Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
3. Maintaining and updating the CRM (if applicable) or lead tracking systems.
4. Supporting marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, social media coordination, and content creation.
5. Assisting with competitor research and market analysis to improve lead conversion strategies.

Your Profile:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of experience in marketing, events or advertising.
3. Bilingual proficiency in German and English is a must.
4. A background in the environmental, water, or technology sectors is an advantage, but not essential.
5. Preferably, experience in digital marketing or social media coordination.
6. Familiarity with lead qualification techniques or sales processes would be beneficial.
