Based on our solid scientific, technological, and clinical foundation, we are building a commercial organization to launch and generate revenue for our Oncology portfolio. This role will be part of the Global Product Strategy team, focusing on developing and potentially launching assets in multiple solid tumor cancers. You will bring an external/patient-focused approach to partner with oncology clinicians to understand patient needs. Using these insights, you will collaborate with R&D teams to develop successful clinical development programs optimized for regulatory and commercial success. Your previous experience should include launch planning and commercialization. You will be a key member of the global commercial team, aiming to optimize performance within major markets in the US, EU, and Asia.

This position can be located in Germany, UK, or US (Eastern Coast).

What you have to offer :
  1. Knowledge and experience in Oncology, with preferred experience in areas such as new product development and/or launches to drive successful commercialization strategies.
  2. Understanding of markets for Breast, Colorectal, and/or Endometrial Cancers.
  3. Proven ability to partner and influence within R&D to shape programs addressing patient and clinician needs.
  4. Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including branding, positioning, and scientific messaging to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  5. Ability to leverage understanding of oncology healthcare stakeholders—providers, key opinion leaders, patients, and market access—to inform go-to-market strategies that change customer behavior and improve market performance.
  6. Skill in monitoring and analyzing market, customer, and competitor trends to inform clinical development and commercialization plans.
  7. Experience implementing global brand positioning and messaging to ensure product differentiation and aligned medical and market access strategies.
  8. Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Insights & Analytics, R&D, regulatory affairs, sales, finance, Medical Affairs) for strategic planning and execution.
  9. Experience managing budgets and vendor partnerships to ensure activities are on plan, cost-effective, and within budget.
Requirements :
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry with increasing responsibilities.
  2. Experience in country/affiliate commercial or marketing roles at regional or international levels.
  3. Undergraduate degree; MBA, PhD, or similar qualifications are a plus.
  4. Knowledge of Oncology.
  5. Experience in launching products both internationally and nationally.
  6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  7. Excellent collaboration, team-building, and alignment skills.
