Responsibilities
- Manage a small to mid-size client portfolio, focusing on increasing net retention.
- Qualify customers for upselling, conduct product demos, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with decision makers and founders of fast-growing businesses, demonstrating urgency, action bias, and business acumen.
- Identify customer challenges, conduct escalation meetings, and mediate solutions to reduce risks.
- Renew contracts, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices.

- Create customer success stories, facilitate exchanges, and share best practices.

Profile
- Degree in economics, social sciences, technical business administration, or comparable.
- Strong communication skills; enjoy talking prices, demonstrating products, and moderating meetings.

- Experience with software products and development.
