Responsibilities
  • Manage a small to mid-size client portfolio, focusing on increasing net retention.
  • Qualify customers for upselling, conduct product demos, and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with decision makers and founders of fast-growing businesses, demonstrating urgency, action bias, and business acumen.
  • Identify customer challenges, conduct escalation meetings, and mediate solutions to reduce risks.
  • Renew contracts, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices.
  • Analyze customer behavior and suggest measures to maximize the value of DataGuard's product portfolio.
  • Create customer success stories, facilitate exchanges, and share best practices.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve revenue targets and measure success accordingly.
Profile
  • Degree in economics, social sciences, technical business administration, or comparable.
  • Strong communication skills; enjoy talking prices, demonstrating products, and moderating meetings.
  • Proactive, independent, well-prioritized, and a team player.
  • Interest in Privacy, InfoSec, and Compliance; training provided if needed.
  • Experience with software products and development.
