We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and technical expertise to ensure the efficiency and tracking of our campaigns.

Responsibilities

1. Your main responsibility will be to take ownership of the Meta Ads channel and tracking within the marketing team.
2. Implement, analyze, optimize, and track our paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
3. Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags and build conversion analysis funnels.
4. Investigate and resolve campaign tracking issues; set up tracking for new campaigns to ensure accurate performance measurement.
5. Analyze marketing channel performance, identify trends and anomalies, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
6. Adjust bids, ad texts, and creative materials to improve campaign efficiency.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper campaign tracking and coordinate with tech and data teams on infrastructure needs.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing technology.

Your Profile

1. Over 4 years of experience, preferably as a Performance Marketing Manager or Data Analyst in a digital environment.
2. Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
3. Proficiency in performance marketing metrics and KPIs and understanding of their measurement.
4. Experience with tools such as Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms like Looker, Metabase, Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented personality.
7. Fluency in English and proficiency in German are required.
