Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others? Are you looking to develop your career and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are currently looking for a new team member as a Mental Health Professional (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Attend and lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings, and activities in accordance with department objectives.
5. Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employees’ wellbeing.
7. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
8. Regularly monitor, collect, evaluate, and report data to track employee progress.

We expect:

• Master's degree in clinical, counseling, or health psychology; therapeutic counseling; psychotherapy; or clinical social work.
• At least 3 years of experience with clients facing psychological or emotional challenges.
• Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Outstanding communication, listening, and empathy skills.
• Experience conducting interviews is a plus.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to help others, flexibility for shift work, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
