Job Description:

The IT Business Development Team mainly supports over 40 Development Teams at ABOUT YOU Tech in structuring and optimizing their projects and processes. They work closely with top management and Tech & Product Leads. The team's projects include external software selection, migrations, cost planning, IT investment cases, cost savings, process implementation, and change projects.

The IT Business Process Manager supports change management, assists with new process implementation, evaluates processes, moderates workshops, and helps improve cross-team processes. Do you enjoy understanding diverse topics, processes, and people to provide optimal support? Are you eager to work on solutions with various stakeholders to increase efficiency?

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including leads and development teams from ABOUT YOU and SCAYLE, to understand their workflows.
• Ensure continuous improvement by moderating retrospectives and other feedback sessions.
• Facilitate workshops on team building, cross-team processes, lessons learned, and agile/lean practices.
• Contribute to organizational improvements through lean process optimization and automation.
• Act as a problem-solver and change agent, finding pragmatic solutions.
• Become a JIRA administrator to support fast process implementation for non-Tech Teams.
• Gain insights into various teams and processes across the group, working with the latest technologies and tools.

Who you are

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or process implementation.
• You demonstrate initiative, solution orientation, and creativity.
• You are highly organized and work in a structured manner.
• You have an analytical mindset and approach tasks thoughtfully.
• You are fluent in English (C2 level), both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with agile/lean methods like Scrum, Kanban, XP, possibly as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Consulting background.
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence, including admin knowledge.
• Skills in change management and organizational change support.
• Experience in IT consulting.
• Agile certifications or practical experience in agile processes.
• Degree in Work/Business Psychology or similar.
