Responsibilities
  • Verify product offers to ensure they meet market needs and update sales forecasts accordingly.
  • Implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support partners' technical needs with necessary resources and knowledge.
  • Oversee product installations and on-site verifications to ensure quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Completed studies or technical education focused on civil engineering, road construction, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within the infrastructure/geosynthetic industry (asphalt/bitumen).
  • Proven ability to build business relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills, high commitment, initiative, and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to handover.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (France, Germany, BENELUX); ideally based near the DE/FR border.
  • Fluent in English, French, and German.
