We are seeking an experienced Account Lead for Healthcare Events to manage a major pharmaceutical client in Frankfurt. The role involves supervising production teams, managing client communications, monitoring financials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality events. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, with strong leadership, organizational skills, and fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising production teams and ensuring excellent execution
• Training teams and ensuring adherence to standards and processes
• Managing client and internal communications
• Monitoring financials and preparing reports
• Identifying and co-creating processes for optimal account management

This position can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or Munich, with remote work supported and occasional travel required.

Minimum requirements:

• 10+ years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector
