This position is available full-time and part-time.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks involve flagship CBDC and digital asset projects with top-tier capital market clients, helping to transform their businesses and generate value.

You will co-create solutions using blockchain and distributed ledger technologies to increase revenues.

You’ll coordinate multiple teams for complex client engagements, evaluate business cases, propose technology solutions, and assess risks.

Within our Financial Services Infrastructure Center of Excellence, you’ll lead and manage your team in an agile environment, guiding and mentoring team members.

What we’re looking for

• Degree or vocational training in IT or finance, e.g., financial informatics, economics & computer science, banking & coding, software engineering & business administration.
• Understanding of capital markets, including investment banking, asset management, trading, and risk management.
• Knowledge of financial products, trading platforms, regulations, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with technology concepts in capital markets, such as OMS, market data, and risk management systems.
• Several years of IT management experience, preferably in finance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a lifelong learner, and problem-solver.
• Fluent in German and English.
