As a Product Manager in the Engagement domain at N26 you will be responsible for driving key product initiatives relating to the core everyday experiences for new and existing N26 customers after their account has been opened. You along with the crossfunctional team of Engineers Designers and User Researchers will be responsible for reducing the time to value for our customers by building an engaging inapp experience that helps them to really understand all the benefits that their new N26 account has to offer.

In this role you will :

  • Design seamless experiences that guide users toward their aha moments ensuring they quickly discover the core value of the product.
  • Continuously iterate on activation processes using user feedback and datadriven insights to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
  • Develop strategies to foster consistent meaningful interactions that enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Educate users about new features and use cases postonboarding to maintain engagement over time
  • Conduct A / B testing and analyze user behavior to refine activation flows and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs such as signuptoactivation conversion rates retention rates and engagement metrics
  • Work closely with design engineering marketing and business teams to align activation and engagement strategies with business objectives.

What you need to be successful :

  • 2 years of experience in consumerfacing product management ideally with mobile apps
  • Fluent with product discovery techniques
  • A passion for building worldclass customer experiences
  • A genuine love for collaboration and with great interpersonal skills
  • A strong bias for action with a hands on attitude
  • A data driven approach with at least basic data analytics skills
