A Japanese consumer products manufacturer is seeking a Sales Executive. The role is based in their Düsseldorf office with the purpose of expanding their business in entire Europe and other countries. It will involve business trips.

TYPE: Full-time role, permanent, 6 months’ probation period
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday (Flex time considerable)
SALARY: EUR 40-45k / year + performance-based bonus (depending on experience)
START: March 2025
LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany (Office Based)

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Building strong relationships with distributors and retailers
  2. Presenting products or services to potential customers
  3. Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with customers
  4. Travel across Europe on a regular basis to gather market information and manage planogram
  5. Analyzing sales data and identifying sales opportunities
  6. Supporting and assisting the team on cross-functional tasks
Ideal Candidate:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Executive, or other related roles
  2. Fluency in English
  3. German or Japanese language is advantageous
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent professional qualification
