2. Perform active sourcing, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels.
3. Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates' qualifications match the job requirements.
4. Build and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, and other recruitment sources.
5. Support in the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

2. Professional experience in direct search/active sourcing and talent acquisition management.
