The Cosentino team is seeking an Account Manager for Zipcodes 38 and 39 (Mannheim and Braunschweig) responsible for strategy and client relationships, promoting Cosentino products. Responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining customers, understanding client needs, and ensuring delivery of excellent service across sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable, with a willingness to work with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads.

What you will do

You will be the main contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining positive, profitable relationships. You will work with different segments:

• Sales: Develop product knowledge, present and sell products, and manage overall sales in your territory.
• Customer Service: Provide marketing materials, manage relationships, resolve concerns, and increase market share through displays and point-of-purchase materials.
• Business Intelligence: Create action plans, collaborate with corporate staff, and work with the General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategies.

What you need to succeed

We seek a sales-driven individual with a hunter mentality, open to overnight trips (up to 2 per week). Knowledge of customer databases (Salesforce preferred) and experience in stone fabrication or distribution is a plus.
