Your Role

As a Senior Laravel Developer, you will :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Lead a small development team and foster clean, maintainable, and efficient coding practices
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle—from concept through to deployment
• Take ownership of individual software projects and their successful implementation
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Share your expertise to support team members in their growth
• Actively contribute ideas to drive the team's success and innovation

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in application development, including 3+ years with PHP and Laravel
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture and time estimation for implementation
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, understandable explanations
• Solid experience with CI / CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Confluence, and Jira
• Proactive problem-solving skills, both independently and within a team
• Experience with code reviews and an interest in leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
