Join our team as a Business Developer, responsible for building and maintaining business relationships. Working in the Sales department, you will sell our services to new businesses and consumers, playing a vital role in reimagining the labor market to work for everyone.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Achieve KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Have experience as a Business Developer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Communicate fluently in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
