The (Senior) Sustainability Community Manager will be an essential part of our Corporate Sustainability Team, responsible for global reporting and sustainability performance steering across our global operations. The open position has a focus on sustainability performance involving close collaboration with country leads and supporting local teams to ensure that our global sustainability goals are met.

As (Senior) Sustainability Community Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our countries and subsidiaries in implementing the global sustainability strategy through local improvement measures
  • Identifying general improvement levers and assisting in local planning and implementation of relevant measures
  • Providing guidance and practical tools to help local sustainability leads manage their roadmaps
  • Coordinating and aligning measures across countries to ensure consistency with the global roadmap and targets
  • Tracking implementation and progress in achieving global KPIs and setting up a global status dashboard for stakeholder transparency
  • Developing and managing the sustainability community, facilitating knowledge sharing and organizing communication with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholder access to information via various communication channels and platforms and developing ideas for broader employee engagement
  • Supporting global sustainability reporting processes, including preparation of information for the annual global sustainability report and data collection
Convince us with your potential!
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Sustainability Management, IT or a comparable degree program
  • Professional experience in an international context of 3 - 4 years (ideally in the field of sustainability or project/program coordination)
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, KPI and related business projects
  • Proficiency in methods, tools and processes relevant to project coordination / project management with the ability to apply them to the field of sustainability
  • Experience and passion for working with a broad range of stakeholders from various functions, countries and organizational entities
  • Analytical mindset combined with an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (German would be an advantage)
  • Affinity with our industry and business environment, including service orientation and an understanding of data and IT systems relevant to success in this role
