You’ll be the key link between our business teams, developers, and partners — translating business needs into clear technical requirements. From enhancing our booking systems to launching new customer-facing platforms, you’ll own the roadmap, prioritize features, and lead projects from concept to completion.

Tasks

• Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements and user stories.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams (internal and external).
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: from planning to rollout and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Continuously identify and mitigate project risks.
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry and technology trends
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Owner in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with travel technology, booking engines, APIs, and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in English. German language skills would be a big plus.
