We are expanding our Financial Engineering team and seek backend developers to deploy data products and develop software solutions. Your focus will include building our next-generation wealth management platform and regulatory risk control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, ECS, and Step Functions. Knowledge of Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and various databases is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Design and build a new platform using modern technologies and development practices (agile, CI/CD, test automation, cloud infrastructure).
2. Collaborate with software engineers and quant developers to implement innovative solutions in finance.
3. Develop and maintain high-performance monitoring tools for regulatory purposes.
4. Select appropriate tools for data storage, processing, and visualization.
5. Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code, prioritizing security.
6. Design interfaces with internal services to connect asset allocation engines.
7. Build cloud-native solutions for high-volume financial data processing.
8. Contribute to creating accessible wealth management and brokerage services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or related field.
• At least 5 years of backend experience in Python.
• Experience with AWS services, Docker, Git, RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven applications and database management.
• Proficiency in Python development and design.
• Good communication skills and a proactive work style.

Preferred Skills
