Join Our Team

As a member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships. Your role involves selling our services to new businesses and consumers, contributing to reimagining the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, and drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients.
  • Connect easily with potential clients.
  • Achieve KPIs, deadlines, and monthly targets with energy and dedication.
  • Have experience as a Business Developer or in similar sales/customer service roles.
  • Communicate excellently in French and English; knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus.
