About the Role

Are you passionate about jewelry and customer support? TP Greece collaborates with Pandora, the world’s top jewelry designer and manufacturer, looking for Customer Support Representatives to join the team.

Everyday people around the world share facets of who they are and what matters to them through their Pandora jewelry. Be the one who gives voice to people's loves—join our team!

What You Will Do:
  1. Handle calls, emails, and chat communications in German.
  2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador—promote current offers and promotions.
  4. Manage account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, and handle fraud orders and returns according to training guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions.
  6. Ensure every customer is satisfied and happy!
What You Will Bring:
  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good knowledge of English.
  3. Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy and tech-savviness.
  5. Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and overtime when required.
  7. Customer support experience is a plus.
