At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of crypto-native infrastructure and a proven track record in high-level enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and close strategic B2B opportunities in the crypto exchange, brokerage, OTC, DeFi, and institutional fintech segments.
  2. Pitch our WaaS product as a comprehensive solution for wallet orchestration, settlements, cold/hot storage, treasury management, and compliance workflows.
  3. Conduct in-depth discovery of client needs and deliver customized demos and commercial proposals.
  4. Lead complex, high-value sales cycles involving C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  5. Represent B2BinPay at key industry events, expos, and investor conferences.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
  7. Continuously test new market entry hypotheses, expand our ideal customer profile (ICP), and develop new sales channels.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within crypto-native infrastructure (custody, wallets, blockchain infrastructure, settlement networks).
  2. Proven success selling complex fintech or crypto SaaS/API-based infrastructure to exchanges, brokers, banks, or payment service providers.
  3. Strong knowledge of custody models, multi-signature and MPC wallet technologies, hot/cold wallet architecture, and technical integration processes.
  4. Established network of decision-makers across the fintech and crypto sectors (CTOs, COOs, CPOs, innovation leads).
  5. Comfortable navigating global regulatory frameworks, with an understanding of licensing and cross-border crypto transactions.
  6. Ability to articulate value propositions centered on security, automation, operational efficiency, and compliance.
