Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and apply appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a variety of advertisers to deliver the optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team, increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. You will join the largest team creating unique customer experiences and actively influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Implement creative strategies to enhance client companies and agency relationships by sharing performance-enhancing suggestions, upselling, or promoting other Google products.
2. Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on their advertising investments through a consultative approach.
3. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while delivering excellent customer service.
4. Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
• C2 level proficiency in German
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing PPC campaigns
• 0-1 years of experience in sales
• Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
• Strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Contract details: Permanent contract

Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross per year + up to €3,500 gross per year in bonuses (with possibilities to overachieve).

Work model: Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
