The Business Unit Europe Africa is one of the largest of TK Elevator's six Business Units. Its Regional Business Support Center is in Dusseldorf, Germany, coordinating activities across 20+ countries and a distributor network in Africa. This unit manages the sale, installation, servicing, and modernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. In select markets, the portfolio also includes home lifts and automatic doors services. In fiscal year 2022/2023, the Business Unit employed about 14,000 staff and generated approximately 2.4 billion euros in sales. We offer a position that could challenge, interest, and test your skills.

• Support the implementation of the Safety Transformation Program across regions.
• Identify and prioritize critical risks that could lead to serious injuries or fatalities.
• Serve as the main contact for market clusters regarding Serious Injury and Fatalities (SIF).
• Ensure insights from incidents are understood and applied effectively.
• Assess the likelihood and potential impact of SIF events.
• Develop targeted strategies to mitigate critical risks through improved safety controls and training.
• Collaborate with regional OSH managers to ensure consistent OSH standards implementation.
• Evaluate suppliers and contractors for OSH compliance.
• Promote a culture of continuous safety improvement through active stakeholder engagement.

• You hold a degree in Safety, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have extensive experience working in complex environments, especially with installation projects and subcontractor management.
• You possess a strong understanding of safety regulations and risk management frameworks.
• You have proven skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• You are experienced in leading distributed teams with many subcontractors.
• You have worked in multinational, multicultural settings.
• You are willing to travel internationally.
