Responsibilities

• Advise customers and prospects on the use of Marketing Cloud systems such as Salesforce or Selligent.
• Support technically the implementation of systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent, or Emarsys.
• Configure and optimize our customers' Marketing Cloud systems.
• Participate in preparing and conducting customer meetings and workshops, as well as marketing and sales activities.

Requirements

• Practical experience in a comparable field is more important than a formal degree.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud systems and/or integration of eCommerce systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM; ideally, holding the 'Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant' certification.
• Desirable skills include HTML, basic knowledge of Java, JSP, or PHP, and experience with Pardot, Datorama, or Interaction Studio.
• Practical experience with database systems (SQL).
• Ability to clearly present complex information both in writing and orally.
• High reliability, meticulous work style, and the ability to support potential customizations quickly and pragmatically.
