Leadership & Team Development: Responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team focused on collection management and process optimization; defining clear roles and KPIs.

Financial Operations & Collections: Manage collections and dunning strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize overdue invoices; develop and refine SOPs for collections and dispute resolution; drive automation and efficiency improvements in invoicing tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Tax to align invoicing and collection effectiveness; identify process gaps and root causes for financial improvement; support data-driven insights and reporting.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing, collections, or financial operations, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Experience in leading teams, process improvements, and automation.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash process and multi-entity invoicing.
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and German), with ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and KPI interpretation skills.
• Hands-on mentality, self-motivated, flexible, and proactive team player.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
