YOUR TASKS

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Support and training for employees with IT-related questions and problems
• Managing and monitoring the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls
• Ensuring IT security by implementing and maintaining security products
• Performing backups and planning and implementing data recovery measures
• Documentation of system changes, processes, and troubleshooting
• Collaboration in or management of IT projects, such as introducing new technologies or migrating existing systems
• Contact with IT service providers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in computer science, IT, or comparable training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)
• Several years of experience in the administration of IT systems
• Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux systems
• Experience in network administration and with firewalls
• Experience with virtualization solutions, AI, and Microsoft applications
• Ability to work in a team and independently, taking responsibility
• Good communication skills, including working with non-technical colleagues
• Willingness to undergo further training and openness to new technologies
