Air Charter Service are the largest charter brokerage with over 30 offices across the globe. We have an exciting and extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Cargo Sales Broker to join head up the Cargo team based in our Frankfurt office!

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced broker who understands the market and has a proven track record of identifying sales leads right through to establishing long-term client relationships. You will need to be commercially astute and driven by smashing financial targets whilst managing a small team of brokers.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the cargo aircraft and chartering process
  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Experienced in managing a team of brokers
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
  • Experienced building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisation
  • Gain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating
  • Working productively in a pressurised environment
  • Focusing on clients’ needs and satisfaction
  • Make prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks
