Jobbeschreibung

Our client is a semiconductor manufacturer specializing in Power electronics/modules.

They are looking for a Sales Manager to bolster their European Sales team, working fully remote/from home, managing customers in South Germany.

Main responsibilities :
  1. Maintain and expand productive, professional relationships with key personnel in strategic accounts at all levels
  2. Take over strategic key accounts and continue their development
  3. Identify and develop suitable business opportunities, convert opportunities into design-in awards, in collaboration with the regional FAE team and all functional managers
  4. Win new customers and significant business opportunities as part of your sales strategy to meet your sales goals
  5. Manage customer and project information with the professional CRM System
  6. Make weekly reports summarizing activities and plans for the upcoming week
Desired experience:
  • Solid sales experience in the electronics/semiconductor B2B industry (preferably in motor drives, UPS, solar inverters) with long sales cycles up to 2 years
  • BSCEE or at least five years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Proven track record of developing business from new accounts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and German
  • Self-motivated, organized, and well-structured working style
