For our beautiful daycare center Kidspace Othmarschen we are looking for educators (m/f/d) or childhood educators (m/f/d) also in the function of group leader for the elementary area and nursery.

Kidspace is a child-friendly and cozy place. The interior and the modern design of the group rooms are specially tailored to the needs of the youngest children. Accompanied by our well-qualified educational staff, the children can develop and gain important skills. At Kidspace we give all children the opportunity to discover the world, explore new things and spend an enjoyable and constructive time with other children and the educational staff, from nursery to pre-school age. Whether role play, experiments, cooking or constructing - there are a lot of activities to offer in Kidspace. We give every child the space to be a child and to romp around, laugh, have fun and develop their personality.

What can you expect?

• You are the direct contact in your group and, together with two or three other colleagues, are responsible for the children in the group
• You design and plan the daily routine with your colleagues and provide the children with individual and, if necessary, alternative experiences
• You are a direct contact person for parents, plan, document and conduct development discussions with your group colleagues
• You are able to assess and manage settling-up processes well
• You consider the Hamburg educational recommendations when planning and creating programs
