Missions
- Design and deliver training and support activities that contribute to the professionalization and skills development of teaching, educational, and psycho-social staff :
Deliver training that links theoretical concepts to the professional practice of teaching, educational, and psycho-social staff;
- Facilitate training activities in person and / or remotely;
- Develop and oversee training programmes;
- Implement pedagogical methods and tools adapted to different audiences and delivery formats;
- Promote a variety of methodological approaches.
- Design and deliver training courses for trainees and employees related to general training, specialized training, the pedagogical training certificate, and / or the initial career training programme :
Support the gradual integration of trainees or employees into professional practice;
- Deliver training that links theoretical concepts to the professional practice of trainees or employees;
- Ensure the coherence and relevance of the training content delivered;
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of training content and methods;
- Promote a variety of methodological approaches.
- Engage in training with the aim of developing the skills required to carry out one’s duties :
Reflect critically on one’s own practices;
- Develop skills in adult pedagogy;
- Attend training sessions organised by IFEN and / or other institutions.
- Develop and maintain a training design concept :
Establish a training design concept that integrates digital literacy and artificial intelligence (AI);
- Regularly update and adapt the training design concept;
- Systematically present and promote the training design concept and the related training offers.
- Contribute to the design of new training offers :
Propose areas for development and avenues for reflection in the creation of new training offers;
- Contribute to the pedagogical and didactic design of training content and formats that meet the expectations and needs of target audiences;
- Propose tailored training offers (themes, formats, learner journeys);
- Update training offers and promote innovation in pedagogical and didactic approaches;
- Possess experience in the development of MooCs;
- Develop training tailored to the needs of teaching, educational, and psycho-social staff, aimed at strengthening digital citizenship, critical thinking about algorithms, biases in AI systems, and their ethical and societal implications.
- Evaluate training offers :
Conduct evaluations of training offers;
- Measure the outcomes achieved, particularly regarding the improvement of skills among staff who have participated in training activities;
- Contribute to the development of the training system and quality management;
- Ensure compliance with procedures related to the role;
- Contribute to the ongoing development of procedures related to the role.
Profil
- Be familiar with the legislation and regulations governing the administration;
- Be familiar with the legislation and regulations related to initial training, professional integration, and continuing education;
- Understand the organization, procedures, and processes related to the administration;
- Be able to apply the procedures and processes relevant to the duties of the position;
- Be familiar with other training concepts and offers;
- Know and be able to apply the rules established within the administration regarding data protection;
- Be able to apply instructional design techniques;
- Be familiar with the fundamental principles of digital literacy;
- Have a solid understanding of the societal, ethical, and educational implications of AI and digital technologies;
- Be familiar with tools for critical media and digital education;
- Possess strong theoretical and conceptual knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence;
- Be able to connect theoretical knowledge with professional practice;
- Have training in adult education and andragogy;
- Be familiar with the Luxembourgish school system and the target audience addressed by IFEN;
- Possess solid experience in designing MooCs;
- Be able to implement blended learning courses using LMS;
- Have knowledge of instructional content development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, including IT specialists, policy makers, educators and legal experts;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate and optimise digital tools and AI solutions in evolving technological landscapes;
- Curiosity and adaptability, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and demonstrating flexibility in integrating new digital solutions;
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, to explain technical concepts in an accessible way to non-technical stakeholders;
- Openness to interdisciplinary perspectives, integrating pedagogical, ethical and legal perspectives when analysing, implementing and evaluating digital tools in education.
