This role is initially limited to 24 months.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing and implementing a robust medical education strategy aligned with global medical strategies, clinical needs, and commercial imperatives.
• Design and deliver engaging and up-to-date training content, tools, and programs.
• Develop a comprehensive content strategy and ensure efficient global roll-out.
• Collaborate closely with regional partners to enhance operational efficiency.
• Process and respond to inquiries about medicinal products and devices.
• Maintain and evaluate relevant medical literature, scientific/clinical data, and educate on the latest research.
• Develop convincing education messaging to support strategic product positioning.
• Engage with Thought Leaders (TLs) to gain insights and ensure market relevance.
• Organize and coordinate educational events, including MEXS, Expert Talks, Masterclasses, Round Tables, Ad Boards, and medical activities at international congresses.
• Manage content-related topics and TL management to ensure harmonized messaging compliant with regulations and company policies.
• Verify the quality of content for clinical evidence and accuracy to maintain credible and first-class materials.

Requirements:

• University degree in natural science-related disciplines (e.g., pharmacy, human medicine, biology), ideally a PhD in a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Medical Affairs role or a role with transferable skills in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with additional languages being an advantage.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and educate on scientific evidence and clinical features of medical conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent networking and collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment as well as independently.
• Passion for diverse educational solutions.
