Job Overview

Provide administrative support for the U.S. Air Force personnel assessment program and off-duty education programs, including WAPS, PME testing, CDC, ASVAB/AFCT, AFOQT, DLPT, and other testing programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Minimum of 1 year on contract and on-station qualification.
• Knowledge of programs like CDSAR, AFAEMS, DMDC.
• Experience with U.S. Air Force education and testing programs.
• Must have a base ID and access to Ramstein AB, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Administer various exams including DLPT, DLAB, WAPS, AFCT, ASVAB, FAA exams, and CDC exams.
• Ensure proper testing conditions and security.
• Verify examinee identity and maintain testing logs.
• Secure testing materials and report irregularities.
• Maintain testing data and documentation.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating tests.
• Perform administrative tasks related to testing operations.
