What you'll do

• Translate strategic business requirements into execution-focused initiatives for the team
• Identify new customer/user needs and requirements related to the available analytical solutions
• Support in the technical design/solution for the product manager and solution architect
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions, leading to improved product and service delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing customer experience

Who you are

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing complex EDI systems and processes, backed by extensive professional experience
• Possesses a deep understanding of EDI standards and protocols, combined with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive effective solutions
• Experience working in diverse, cross functional teams across multiple regions, adapt at navigating cultural nuances and aligning EDI strategies with global business objectives
• Excel at analysing and resolving intricate data integration challenges, ensuring seamless communication with business stakeholders, partners and suppliers
• Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior management, fostering collaboration and driving process improvements in a dynamic corporate setting
