Join our meridol team as (Associate) Brand Manager POC and support us in developing a brand growth plan for the meridol brand for our professional channel (dentist & pharmacy) in close cooperation with the Brand Managers from the mass market team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of holistic Brand Growth Plans for meridol using behavioral data and people-centric insights across professional channels, in collaboration with the meridol brand lead, the Brand Manager POC, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain an always-on media and marketing plan, tailored for specific segments and targets, and localize all professional assets for meridol.
- Ensure strong executional and detailed plans, driving Brand Recommendations (BRMO) at the dentist, in collaboration with the Brand Manager POC.
- Participate in the product management of all professional meridol products, including artwork creation, SKU management, and claims.
- Support the development of educational and sales materials for professional audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Scientific Affairs, Sales, and the Digital Transformation team.
Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in Consumer Goods & Healthcare, OTC/OTX; experience in medical marketing and working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Focus on consumer and professional needs, utilizing digital tools and data to approach consumers and shoppers effectively.
- Digital savvy with experience in digital media planning across channels and customer journeys.
- Innovative mindset, open to new initiatives and quick implementation.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Data analytics skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and identify opportunities.
