You can look forward to

• Gathering and communicating the business requirements of our clients to the team
• Preparing and holding meetings, workshops and training activities
• Coordinating and participating in knowledge sharing workshops with our medical underwriters and international client project managers
• Building communities with our international colleagues around the knowledge base development to share knowledge and establish best practices
• Supporting our Knowledge Base team in the development of the rule set, using your experience of agile methodology

You come equipped with

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, physics, data science, medicine or computer science
• Several years of experience in medical underwriting with an affinity for AUCS and ruleset development
• Experience in requirements engineering or a similar activity
• Experience in agile software development (Scrum / Kanban)
• English at a business fluent level and German at a conversational level
• Very good communication skills as well as an international mindset and willingness to go on occasional business trips
• Confident and service-oriented approach in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
