ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced leader in the Data & Analytics space, who enjoys solving complex consulting challenges and driving Data Analytics solutions? EPAM is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our expanding Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. This role involves working with a global team of experts across sectors to define technology strategies and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership in shaping enterprise-wide Data & Analytics solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail/CPG clients at senior levels.
3. Act as an industry expert on Retail/CPG topics internally and externally.
4. Contribute to developing EPAM's Data & Analytics offerings and go-to-market strategies.
5. Advise clients on Data & Analytics strategies and implementations.
6. Understand the intersection of technology, customers, and business challenges.
7. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
8. Lead research, strategy creation, and develop new Data & Analytics products/services.
9. Drive revenue by identifying opportunities within client portfolios.

Requirements

1. Visionary in Retail and/or CPG industries with a passion for technology.
2. Extensive experience in Data & Analytics.
3. Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
4. Ability to connect business challenges with analytics and technological tools.
5. Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
6. Experience working with delivery teams.
7. Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting analyses.
8. Fluent German language skills are essential.
