Job Description:

As a member of our EMEA Digital Go to Market (GTM) team, you will have a major impact on our future success by leading a team of Enterprise Sales Associates across the region. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to influence significant revenue growth for ServiceNow. Your responsibilities include recruiting, building, coaching your team, and helping define, develop, and optimize our ESA Sales operating model and processes.

What you get to do in this role:

  1. Manage, recruit, coach, and inspire a high-caliber overlay sales team partnering with Enterprise Account Executives on major customers in the EMEA Central region.
  2. Lead strategic account planning, territory planning, and prospect research.
  3. Oversee operational aspects to optimize sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
  4. Set clear goals, track KPIs, and recognize team achievements.
  5. Represent the ESA Sales organization within regional business meetings and update sales leaders on forecasts and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • 2nd line people management experience essential.
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
  • Leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS sales organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting, coaching, and managing high performers.
