Requirements

Live in a unique international community on board a ship. Be part of an organization dedicated to sharing knowledge, help, and hope with the world, transforming lives and communities through:

1. Experiencing God in new ways as you see Him at work in and through you.
2. Learning from different countries and cultures, sailing from port to port.
3. Growing in character by living and ministering in the ship's international community of approximately 150 people from many nations. Building friendships that can last a lifetime.
4. Serving and learning skills by working 40 hours a week in one of the ship's departments.
5. Strengthening spiritual understanding and discipleship through regular devotions, study groups, prayer meetings, and worship nights.
6. Developing creative ministry skills such as drama, mime, dance, children's ministry, as well as public speaking and leadership skills.
7. Reaching out to local people during ministry days by sharing faith in a culturally appropriate way and serving the national church and community through longer ministry challenge teams.
