Requirements
Live in a unique international community on board a ship. Be part of an organization dedicated to sharing knowledge, help, and hope with the world, transforming lives and communities through:
- Experiencing God in new ways as you see Him at work in and through you.
- Learning from different countries and cultures, sailing from port to port.
- Growing in character by living and ministering in the ship's international community of approximately 150 people from many nations. Building friendships that can last a lifetime.
- Serving and learning skills by working 40 hours a week in one of the ship's departments.
- Strengthening spiritual understanding and discipleship through regular devotions, study groups, prayer meetings, and worship nights.
- Developing creative ministry skills such as drama, mime, dance, children's ministry, as well as public speaking and leadership skills.
- Reaching out to local people during ministry days by sharing faith in a culturally appropriate way and serving the national church and community through longer ministry challenge teams.
